This was during yesterday’s edition of the Hot Seat show when Kwaku Annan and his boss, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong descended heavily on Captain Smart.

According to Annan, Captain Smart had his admission canceled by a Kumasi-based private institution, the Christian Service University College, where he was pursuing a degree program.

Captain Smart’s admission was revoked over entry irregularities and other malpractices in a letter signed by the President of the University, Professor Samuel Afrane on October 30th, 2020.

The letter that was titled ” Ineligibility for Bachelor of Arts Communication Studies Degree,” reads; “We write in reference and as a follow up to the various communiqués with you during 2008 regarding yourself imposed and ill-motived appraisal of yourself from Level 100 to Level 200 coupled with the irregularities on the document/certificates you presented as admission required, which we later identified as fake and not representative of your good self.

“We regret to notify you that the University College is unable to award you its prestigious BA Communications Studies degree as we deem you ineligible on the basis of wrong and fraudulent entry requirements you presented and your refusal to regularize same during the period,” it continued.

The university, which is affiliated with the University of Ghana, also stated that it has informed UG of its decision, with the letter being copied to the UG Vice-Chancellor, the National Accreditation Board, and others.

Captain Smart had no right, according to Kweku Annan, to be denigrating individuals who had worked hard to establish a name for themselves by accusing him of inciting demonstrations in the country.

He had previously stated that the Ghana Police Service should become involved in the matter and apprehend Captain Smart for his criminal activities.

The feud between Captain Smart and Kennedy Agyapong, the owner of Net2 TV, has been simmering for months.

The maverick politician still claims that Captain Smart owes him money after buying a home appliance from one of his shops.
